Fun

No woman can go too long without some
good old-fashioned retail therapy. In fact,
during this difficult economy, we are in
need more than ever to have a pick-me-up
to cheer us. Fashion is an inexpensive
and fast way to brighten your spirits. A few
small purchases can put the fun back into
your wardrobe. Try these two tricks to add
pizzaz and give a different look to your
wardrobe.
Purchase a print piece of clothing like a
skirt, pick out a few colors in the print and
buy several different solid colored tops.
Changing the color of your top will trick
people into thinking it is a whole new
outfit. You can also wear colored tights to
give a different look. People will remember
the solid color more than the print.
Buy a solid colored piece of clothing and
embellish with jewelry. Purchase several
pieces of colorful
funky, chunky
necklaces and
bracelets. For
example, if the
dress is grey, wear
it with black and
silver jewelry and then another day with
deep pink and burgundy pieces. The
accessories will pop and give the dress a
new look. A print scarf is another inexpensive
way to "dress up" your dress. Wear it
unembellished during the work day for a
fun in fashion continued on page 36
